We prefer that customers order propane online, or over the phone.  Our offices are open to the public with restrictions, see below, and we would be happy to take your payment there.

If you are sick, running a fever, or otherwise desire you can drop off a payment made with cash, cashier's check, or money order through our front door drop slot - please include your name, address, map to your location, and phone number. NGTI will not be held responsible for incomplete payments.

NGTI offices are open to the public in a limited capacity. Please abide by the following:

• No more than 3 customers in the lobby at a time.
• All customers must wear a mask.
• Maintain a 6-foot distance from others at all times.
• Stay behind the yellow-line marked on the floor. 
• Respect the face shield (sneeze-guard). 
• Do not enter if you are running a fever, coughing/sneezing, or have shortness of breath. Please do not enter if you are sick. 
• At this point, 90% of our workers have had their first vaccination shot and will get their booster by the end of March 2021.

NGTI is committed to providing propane service to all of our customers, residential and commercial. Click the button below to view our current schedule. Most deliveries will occur Monday - Thursday. Additional routes will be scheduled on Friday to cover areas missed due to weather, accident, or road conditions.

Our drivers and technicians have been instructed to abide by the following rules:

• Keep a 6-foot distance from customers.
• Wear a mask and gloves for all customer interactions.
• Do not accept cash, or take in-person orders.
• Sanitize, and disinfect after each customer interaction, or as needed. 
• Wash hands with soap and water as much as possible.
• 90% of our drivers and technicians have received their vaccination first shot, and will receive their final shot by the end of March 2021.

If you (the customer) are feeling sick, let our driver/technician know to take appropriate measures for health & safety. Please respect these rules to protect yourself, our drivers, and our people.
