Scheduled Deliveries
Our delivery schedule is designed to keep your home comfortably fueled throughout the changing seasons. To better serve our customers, we adjust our operations based on seasonal demand:
- Spring & Summer (April – September): We operate on a bi-weekly delivery schedule.
- Fall & Winter (October – March): As the weather cools and propane usage increases, we switch to a weekly delivery schedule to ensure you stay well-supplied.
Please remember to place your orders at least 48 hours in advance to secure your spot on the route. If you have any questions regarding your scheduled delivery day or need to coordinate a drop-off, please contact our office.
Residential Delivery Requirements
- Standard Residential Minimum Order: $100
- Off-Road Location Minimum Order: $150
- Off-Road Accessibility Policy: Deliveries to off-road locations are available for sites situated two miles or less from the main road.

CURRENT BI-WEEKLY SCHEDULE
Nations Gas is now operating on our Spring/Summer bi-weekly delivery schedule, effective April through October 2026. Please keep the following guidelines in mind:
- We will be in your area on a bi-weekly basis.
- To ensure delivery, please place your order at least 48 hours in advance.
- Schedules are finalized two hours before our daily closing time.
- We are unable to accommodate a
WEATHER ADVISORY
Please be advised, if inclement weather affects road conditions, Nations Gas may suspend ALL off-road deliveries to prevent damage or incurring extra costs associated with delivery trucks getting stuck. We will focus on current and existing customers who pre-ordered 48 hours in advance. Schedules are made 2 hours prior to our closing times, and there will be no add-on deliveries on

Leasing
We offer a variety of propane tank sizes ranging from 100 to 1,000 gallons, available for lease or purchase.
- Leasing benefits include a waived first-year annual fee, a tank monitoring system to track usage, and a required initial purchase of 100–200 gallons.
- To qualify for delivery, customers must reside within two miles of a main road and maintain a $150 minimum propane purchase.
- Please note that a site visit is required prior to approval, and all contracts must be signed in person at our Navajo, NM office.
- Delivery follows our bi-weekly Spring/Summer (April-September) schedule and our weekly Fall/Winter (October-March) schedule.
