Assist the Company Bookkeeper in effectively and efficiently overseeing, managing, tracking, and documenting all financial transactions of NGTI. Provide accurate reports that depict the financial health and transactions of the organization to internal managers, external managers, and necessary government agencies.
The Assistant Bookkeeper is managed by, and accountable to, the Company Bookkeeper and Administration Manager. The Assistant Bookkeeper will also ensure that all expenses and revenues of the organization are executed as approved by the General Manager and/or Corporate Treasurer. Questionable transactions need to be verified by the General Manager and supporting documentation for financial transactions must be on-hand as evidence of legitimate business.

Employees of NGTI are required to maintain a professional appearance, and work from our Navajo, NM office Monday - Friday from 8AM - 5PM. Overtime and travel may be required when necessary. Navajo preference given.
